40 Weeks and 1 Day
Here’s the baby bump at 40 weeks and 1 day. Moments after taking this picture we were off to the hospital!
Ready
I don’t have much to say today….just that I am ready for Baby T to arrive. I know the due date isn’t quite here but I wouldn’t mind an early arrival.
Week 39
The big day is almost here. 39 weeks have past. Baby T should be here within a week or so if not sooner. Then life as I know it changes for ever. I can’t wait!
Sleep
Who knew that I could wake up 4 or 5 times in one night and still say that I slept well?….or pretty well. That is how I feel today. Sleep has become very difficult for me in the past week. Either Baby T is moving so much that I can’t sleep or parts of my body such as my hips and back are hurting so much that I keep waking up. Oh yeah, let’s not forget the fact that I have to go to the bathroom at least 4 times every night. Most people like to remind me that I will only feel more tired after the baby comes. I am just concerned about having enough energy for labor. I keep asking Baby T to please come on a day like today…when I am feeling a bit more rested. I guess he is going to come when he comes though and the excitment of it all will help me along. I really, really can’t wait to meet Baby T.
Happy St. Paddy's Day!
This isn’t really an entry about Baby T. However I we are missing a big day in NYC because of him :) Kirby and I spend every St. Patrick’s Day in New York and have a great time with the Early family. We go to the parade… to parties and bars…its so much fun. Since we are 11 days away from my due date we decided we would have to pass on Paddy’s Day in NYC this year. Just know that next year we will be there for Baby T’s first St. Patrick’s Day…we can’t wait!
